I've been cooking for 15 years and married for 10 years with 2 boys and 2 girls. I was born and raised in Augusta, GA and a graduate of Glenn Hills High School. I also produce music in my spare time.

What do you like most about working at the French Market West?
The family-oriented atmosphere.

What's your favorite dish?
My favorite is definitely the Bourbon Street Duck.

Do you have a funny anecdotal story that happened while working here?
When Jim gets frustrated, he threatens to convert the restaurant into a car wash. It's hilarious.
