Tell us a little about your background.
I am a devoted mom and Jim Beck fan. I have spent much of my employment life working as a server in other restaurants, but the last eleven and counting with French Market West. This is a great place to work and Jim takes very good care of all of us.

What do you like most about working at the French Market West?
There are several things that come to mind. Obviously, we have super guests and lots of regulars. The employees make this a fun place to work. I also love the hours and its close to home.

What's your favorite dish?
I can't decide between Oysters Rockefeller, Seafood Pasta, or the Grilled Salmon.

Do you have a funny anecdotal story that happened while working here?
A couple of them. July is always a good time to play over the speaker system Nat King Cole's Christmas CD. Also, once I put Jim's spicy Cajun Louisiana's Green Sauce in a cup and convinced another server it was split pea soup. Of course she tried it and still is hot about it to this day!
